Camille wanted to take Holland to see the "Mary Poppins" off-Broadway production at the Capital Theatre for her birthday and invited me along. We loved everything about the show--the actors, scenery, songs, choreography, technical stunts (like prim Mary flying through the air and Bert dancing horizontally up on side of the stage and then upside down across the ceiling), and especially the Banks' Cherry Tree Lane home, which appears on stage like a pop-up book.
It has been fun to have Camille and Holland around to go places with and do things with them like this. Thanks Camille and Holland for inviting me and for the fun, fun evening!

I love Broadway plays, too! I think all of us sisters love them and have passed those feelings on to our kids. Even my boys like plays--which is pretty impressive since they love sports so much. Well, if there was a choice, they would still probably choose the sport, but they still love them. Hah! Anyway, great fun to go with your daughter and granddaughter!
Awww. Maybe the next time you come to NY, we can go with you, too!
