LUNCH WITH NIECES
Amy (Dallas) and Alison (Shanghai) were in town, as well as Andrea, Michele and Jennifer, so we met for lunch at Jason's Deli in SLC. We were glad to have Angie and Kim come also. We had such a fun time catching up on everybody and everything!
(back row l to r)--Michele, Joyce, Jennifer and Alison
(front row l to r)--Andrea, Angie, Amy and Kim
Brielle (Michele's) came along, also.
ECLIPSE MOVIE--GIRLS NIGHT OUT
We decided that we should all go to the late movie (10:30 p.m.) of Eclipse. About half of us had already seen the movie (not me), but we wanted to all go together anyway. It was especially fun having McKenna and Olivia go with us.
Isabella wasn't feeling well, so Jennifer brought her along!
TOY STORY 3 MOVIE
Oneof the funnest things I did personally while everyone was here was to take nine of my grandchildren, along with Tom and Hillary and their three children on Adelyn's birthday, to Toy Story III!! They were all so good. I looked down the row and couldn't believe how lucky I was!!!
24th of July Activities
My sister Laura from Florida was in Alpine tending her grandchildren, along with having her daughters (Dallas and Shanghai) and son (Dallas) still in Utah and I still had three of my daughters here, so we decided to meet at Wheeler Farm to celebrate the 24th.
Wheeler Farm is a restoration of the turn-of-the-century dairy farm of Henry J. Wheeler. It is a representation of the rural lifestyle in Salt Lake County from 1890-1920.

(l to r)--Michele, Amy, Camille, Kim (Kyle's wife) and Anne (Cameron's wife)
Some of the fun things we did on the farm were:
Feed the ducks;
observe pigs,
goats and
bunnies!
Holland was even brave enought to try milking a cow...
...along with her mother's help!
Stately turn-of-the-century Wheeler Farmhouse...
...along with its barn...
...and outhouse (notice the sliver of moon decoration on the door)...
...complete with seats!!!
SPARKLERS TO TRULY CELEBRATE THE 24th
After we returned home, the grandkids had so much fun running around the yard waving sparklers!
