TANNER'S BAPTISM AND CELEBRATION

Cute Tanner turned eight years old on November 2, and his baptism took place the next day on November 3.  He was baptized and confirmed by his father.  The baptism services were in conjunction with his ward, and so there were two other children baptized that day.  Bishop Scott Garner officiated at the services and did such a nice job.

Tanner, an official new member of the Church, along with his Grandpa and Grandma Garner.

After the services--Carter, Adelyn, Holland, Elsie and Isabella...

...all wanted me to get a picture of them jumping off a wall at the church.

The day was a beautiful fall afternoon, and so we ate lunch in the backyard all decorated with the Star Wars theme.  Tanner aka Luke Skywalker!

A wonderfully decorated table with lunch that included...

...Star Wars decorated cupcakes for dessert, along with two kinds of homemade ice creams!

We are proud of you, Tanner, for your desire to be baptized and thank you for inviting us to your fun celebration!  We had a great time.

Congratulations to Tanner on his baptism day. It looked like it was a perfect day for everyone to enjoy and a special time in a young boy's life. I love seeing Camille's children through photos. I feel I am getting to know them a little through your blog.

I loved the pictures you took of the kids standing together on that wall at the church and them jumping off! Those were truly professional looking! Way to go, Tanner, on your deciding to be baptized. You are a very handsome young man! Camille, as per usual, you had everything perfect for the occasion!
