DOUG's CHRISTMAS PRESENT
Doug's children gave him something unique for Christmas this year. He is hard to buy for and we always ask him what he wants for Christmas. This time he said, "Use the money that you would normally spend on me and do something for someone in need." Well, they literally granted him his wish! They each did a family service project and recorded the experience in a printed book, which really touched him, along with pictures of his children and grandchildren. This truly is what Christmas is all about, however, Doug is helping others in many untold stories throughout the year. We feel so blessed to have him as our grandfather, father, father-in-law and husband.

What a fabulous Christmas gift. I would love to see this special book. You have wonderful kids, and you are so lucky you were able to have most of them for Christmas---you and Doug have so much to be grateful for! We can't wait to see you in April!
